I have already telephoned you today, but I must just drop you a line to express our great delight in the cleaning service provided for us today. We have used so called 'ordinary carpet cleaning' firms before, but can honestly say that yours is 100% the best!. The two gentlemen who cleaned for us were exemplary in their promptness, cheerfulness and great attention to every detail. A pleasure to have in the house, wish all were like this! Once again, many thanks from the two of us, and we will be back in 12 months!
